I’ve done a lot of theological works lately, and I thought it was time for me to do another work based on my other great interest: psychology.
Sensation Before Perception is exactly what the name says. It represents the visual information that hits the retina before being interpreted by the brain and having all the veins, blind-spots, and blurriness filtered out and being flipped right-side-up. You can just barely tell what you’re seeing. But your brain can. Fortunately, it doesn’t want to do it twice for the same image, otherwise this would just look like a photo.
